Based on the figures posted by the Lake Country Realtors® MLS (including Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair) local agents had a busy year in 2016.

Total residences sold was 320, average price of $346,000.
Individual Gated Golf Communities fared as follows:
Cuscowilla: 14 residences, average price of $444,000.
Harbor Club: 41 residences, average price of $366,000
Reynolds Plantation: 105 residences, average price of $673,000
Reynolds Landing: 25 residences, average price of $534,000
Great Waters: 23 residences, average price of $459,000
